Defective/Wrong Products

Before reaching out to our support team, please gather the following details:

* Photos of the unsealed package
* Images of the defective or incorrect products
* Names of the defective or incorrect products

Kindly initiate contact with our support team no later than 7 days post-delivery.

We will cover all postage costs for the return or exchange of defective or incorrect items.

Missing Products

Before reaching out to our support team, please gather the following details:
* Transaction ID or order e-mail address
* Names of the missing products

Should there be any missing items, please inform our support team within 7 days of package receipt.

Upon approval of your missing item claim, we will promptly send you a replacement.

We will assume all expenses related to the resending of items.

Missing Parcel

Before reaching out to our support team, please gather the following details:
* Parcel tracking code

If your parcel is missing or cannot be delivered, immediately contact FedEx support and try to resolve with them.

Contact our support team immediately if the issue cannot be resolved with FedEx.

We will promptly send you a replacement, at no extra cost, after the insurance claim is approved.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Items ineligible for return or exchange include:

  • Any product that exhibits signs of use.
  • Any issues reported beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any product sent back without prior notification or despite a denied return request by our support team.
  • Any product ordered by mistake. Please closely review your cart before submitting the order.
  • Any unwanted products.
  • Any issues due to allergic reactions to products. Please closely review the ingredients before ordering.
  • Any product with only a slight color difference. Please be aware that actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown, depending on the device used and individual skin tones.
  • Any product of which the packaging or texture is different from our photos or from your previous order(s). The brands may update products with new versions or formulas and we cannot guarantee that the shop always shows the latest version.
  • Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to us due to the recipient’s absence, or incorrect/incomplete address details. Always ensure the accuracy of your postal codes and address details before completing your purchase. Keep an eye on the tracking code to not miss any issues with your delivery.
  • Packages refused by customs for any reason, including tax denial, banned items, or other customs issues. Each country has different policies on hazardous products, and it’s up to customers to check with local customs. Be sure your contact information is correct for FedEx and customs to contact you about any issue. Note that an e-mail about this might be delivered to your spam folder. Keep an eye on the tracking code to not miss any issues with your delivery.
  • We do not compensate when a product reduces in price or goes on sale after you purchase it.
  • Our shipping insurance does not compensate for parcels that go missing after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts that show excessive returns or are suspected of fraud.

Refunds

You may request a refund instead of a replacement. You should do so when you submit your claim.
We will automatically award a refund if a replacement is not available.

Sadly it can occur that popular items sell out after you made your purchase. Sold out items will be refunded.

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which will not expire.

Coupon discounts, shipping, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
