At Gwenchanda, we believe in keeping things simple and easy to understand. We’ve intentionally kept our Terms & Conditions brief, focusing on key points. However, this means that some details or specific situations might not be fully covered here.

In cases where something is unclear or not addressed, we promise to handle it in a way that is fair and reasonable, but we will have the final say. 1. Account Registration

You must create an account to place an order. All account and address information must be provided in English. Please ensure your information is accurate to avoid issues with delivery.

2. Product Information

  • Ingredients: Ingredients are subject to change at the manufacturer’s discretion. For the most complete and up-to-date list of ingredients, please refer to the product packaging.
  • Packaging & Colors: Product packaging and texture may change with new versions or formulas. We aim to keep our product information up to date with the latest information, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. Images on the site are for reference only, and colors may appear differently on your monitor.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change and are only guaranteed at the time of ordering. We do not offer price matching or refunds for price differences after an order has been placed.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Prices do not include import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Payment Processing: Transactions are processed via PayPal and are encrypted for security. If using a foreign credit card, your bank may charge additional fees, for which we are not responsible.

4. Special Offers & Promotions

From time to time, we may run special promotions or offers that override certain terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or through other marketing channels and will only apply for the specified duration, to certain products, or to specific groups of customers.

Please note that such offers are temporary and subject to change without notice. If any terms in a promotion contradict our usual Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms will take precedence for the duration of the offer.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 USD. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping Provider: We primarily ship with FedEx, but may use other carriers if FedEx is unavailable for your destination.
  • Shipping Insurance: We provide free shipping insurance for all orders.
  • Customs & Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for unclaimed packages due to wrong addresses, unpaid customs charges, or absence of the recipient. These will not be refunded.
  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused, due to customs or duties issues or for other reasons, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipment.
  • Delivery Times: Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed during holidays, sales periods, or extreme weather.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Store Credit: Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which will not expire.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us to arrange for its return for a refund or replacement. We will cover return shipping costs for defective items.
  • No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind or allergic reactions to products.
  • Coupon discounts, shipping, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts that show excessive returns or fraud.
  • Changes to our return policies may occur without notice.

7. Order Modifications

Modifications to your order are only accepted before payment is completed. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.

8. Stock & Availability

  • Stock availability is not guaranteed. We do not compensate for sold-out items or delivery delays.
  • If an item is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will receive store credit for the amount.
  • If an item is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be given the option to cancel the delayed item. In case you opted for cancellation, you will receive store credit for the amount.

9. Customer Reviews

We welcome product reviews from confirmed customers of Gwenchanda to help others make informed purchasing decisions. Please note the following guidelines regarding reviews:

  • Verified Customers Only: Only customers who have purchased a product through our website can submit a review.
  • Customer Opinions: The views and opinions expressed in product reviews are solely those of the customers and do not represent the views or opinions of Gwenchanda. We are not liable for any statements or claims made in customer reviews.
