The indicated delivery times are averages and cannot be guaranteed. Delays at customs or due to special circumstances (like bad weather or holidays) are beyond our control and do not entitle buyers to refunds or compensation.
On average, we need 2.8 days to prepare your order for shipment, and 49% of all orders are shipped within 2 days or less. We will inform you by e-mail if there is a delay in the order processing.
Cheap Shipping
Shipping is cheap: only 20 USD
The shipping cost does not include taxes. The taxes, if any, are to be paid by the receiver in addition to the shipping cost.
Shipping insurance included [free]
All shipments are insured at no additional cost. The insurance will compensate you in full for the products and shipping cost if the parcel is lost before delivery. You will not be compensated if the parcel is stolen after the delivery to your address or if the parcel is lost because of incorrect address information.

Always check your address
Please check your address very carefully when you place the order. Mistakes in the address can result in failed delivery or missing parcels. In those cases, we do not refund you.
We can only ship to addresses written in English.
Also, make sure that your e-mail address is correct. Your e-mail address will be used for sharing the tracking code. You will also receive updates on your shipment by e-mail.
We are unable to ship to these types of US addresses: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO, and Military addresses.

You will receive a tracking code by e-mail. You can track the shipment on the FedEx website.

Customs and taxes
When you receive an international package, you might have to pay taxes and customs fees. These fees are charged to you directly when your package arrives in your country.
We will not pay your taxes or customs fees. And we cannot tell you exactly how much they’ll be, as customs rules are different in each country. For more details, please get in touch with your local customs office.
You will not be refunded if a parcel is delayed or returned due to customs issues or unpaid taxes.
