Usage Instructions:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and remove the tampon from its packaging. Find a comfortable position, such as standing with your legs apart or raising one leg slightly.

2. Hold the applicator firmly with your fingers and gently insert the tampon into the vagina at a 45-degree angle.

3. Push the tampon in and then remove the applicator, ensuring the string remains outside.

4. To remove the tampon, gently pull on the string while slightly tilting it.

*Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours. Replace it every 4-8 hours based on your flow.

*Be aware of the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious condition. If you experience symptoms like a sudden high fever, nausea, diarrhea, or dizziness, remove the tampon immediately and seek medical advice. Avoid using tampons if you have previously had TSS.
